I spoke to Tori after getting conned out of my hard earned money she advised me on product law and fire safety etc which helped me get a full refund, all while I was only enquiring about one of her sofas. Tori went above and beyond. I purchased 2 sofas from Tori and now all the family are happy and sitting in comfort. I would highly recommend using urban habitat for all your sofa needs.
