Easy Returns

If you do not wish to have your product once you’ve received it please follow these steps:

1. Repackage items in the original packaging and box as was sent.

2. Fill out the return slip and place within the box, this is needed so we know who to refund.

3. Send back to our address within 14 days - you’re refund with be processed within 2 working days of receiving the item back.

Please Note: Personalised, Sale and Returns, Preloved and Ex display items can not be returned. If you would like more images or videos of items before purchasing on these items, please do ask. If any items are damaged in any way images are always taken and it will be put in the product report for the item unless lining material under the cushions or on the base of the sofa and knocks on feet. You are not buying brand new sofas at 75% off so please don’t expect absolute perfection. If you are concerned over this then please ask before purchasing.
