Sofa and Chair Deliveries
I use third part courier companies to get customers quotes based on postcode and size. I use several companies and dependent on where you live I will always endeavour to get you the cheapest quote. This is paid directly to the courier company . I will not order this unless you state you’re ok with the quote given. You are also welcome to collect or find cheaper quotes if you’d like to.
Shipping for Large home assembly items :
Once the order has been placed, these items take between 4 - 14 working days to arrive to your home. If for any reason an item is damaged or scratched, the entire box it came in and the contents of that box (even if the rest is fine but one panel) they all need to be returned to get a replacement full box. Do not throw the box away as it needs to be in its original packaging.
Shipping of smaller items, eg ornaments and gifts.
These items will be checked and packed and sent out within 48 hours of ordering (sometimes before, depending on how busy we are). They will always be tracked and a tracking number will be sent to you for your order so you can follow it’s whereabouts. We send out via Parcelforce 48 or Royal Mail 48 depending on size and weight.
Pick up in store
Once you have purchased your item and selected pick up in store, your item will be ready the next working day. Our shop is open 7 days a week 10 - 4. We can not do collections on a Sunday if bought on a Saturday without previous consent as may not have time to get it ready for you, but we will try our best.
You will need to bring in proof of purchase and ID such as a driving license or passport. Without ID you will not be able to collect.
